About Me

Quinn was born in 1933 and grew up in Rumford and Rangeley which is in western Maine. When he was ten years old he began doing chin ups and push ups. In 1953 he discovered weight training and has been working out with them on a regular basis ever since. Other equipment he uses in his own training as well as the training of his clients are stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU, tubing, bands, Airex pads and Dyna Discs.

He was active in sports and lettered three years in basketball and track and four years at the University of Miami.

He has taught gymnastics, water skiing and dancing, and was an actor and a professional dancer.

He is married and has two sons and a daughter and lives in Los Angeles.

He has worked for Sports Club/LA and is presently employed by Spectrum Health Club in Santa Monica, California. He also has a long list of satisfied private clients that he trains in their home.

His abilities cover POST PHYSICAL THERAPY, WEIGHT REDUCTION, POSTURAL REALIGNMENT, STRENGTH TRAINING, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, CORE and BALANCE TRAINING, and HYPERTROPHY TRAINING and specializes in training the older population.

In order to retain his certification he constantly takes Continuing Education Credits and received certificates in:
